The last time I posted a series of bright-colored pictures, I was feeling blue. Now, almost a year after that, I find myself feeling the need of bright colors again, as I’m burning out with the humdrum life in this city. Last weekend I opened old folders of vacation photos and collected these pictures for one thing they have in common: something yellow.
Postcards! My favorites are ‘Wildes madchen‘ and ‘Ich demoliere nicht mein Zimmer. Das ist Musik.‘
A bunch of sunflowers, an instant mood booster.
Farmers market, one of my favorite things. I never plan to see any when I travel, and it’s always a nice surprise to find one.
Easter bunnies! And they’re in love, by the looks of it.
This isn’t a special photo or anything, I just took it as I thought the wall was gorgeous.
A yellow house, which seems like a happy place to me.
Bright wall + white window panes = an absolute dream.
These photos have made me feel a bit better. They’re bright, sure, but they also remind me of the time when I was purely happy.
And I miss that.
