The sun made another appearance again today, and this afternoon Katka suggested to have lunch and walk in the park. I was supposed to do some work before going away, but who could resist such idea? Plus the weather was really great. So I said yes straight away, ditched my work, and met her at the campus. We walked from the campus to The Cowherds, where we had scrumptious lunch in the sun. The walk there was really pleasant, with trees around us and the sunshine between the trees.

After lunch, we continued to stroll around and were stranded on this beautiful pond.

We walked again through the cemetery, and found a little chapel with the cutest door.

Everything was so beautiful and lovely, and I’m still cursing myself for not bringing my camera with me. But these pictures from my iPhone will do.

Today is good for so many reasons. The lovely weather, a nice time and catch up with a good friend, and the feeling of wearing flats and dresses without a bulky coat surely made my day. The Easter break has started, and it’s only three days until my trip.

Which reminds me that I need to get back to my assignment.

Oh well.
