The weather has been really great for the past few days. Yesterday it was so sunny that everyone went out with only t-shirt and shorts. Of course, I gladly welcome the sun like a long-lost friend. Having been a whiny girl back home whenever the sun was scorching, I didn’t have the slightest idea that someday I would appreciate it, let alone miss it.

All this warm weather and the sun do much to my good mood lately. Sometimes I only gaze longingly at the drop of the golden sun outside when I’m stuck at the library, trying to finish (some of) the assignments before the Easter break. But other times, I savor it with a cup of iced coffee, the green grass with specks of daisies, and cherry blossoms. The bright yellow daffodils are also such mood boosters.

So this is an early hello to spring.
